Albert Adamczewski

Albert Adamczewski is a co-owner and long-time President and director in family companies: Rudopal and Run Chłodnia, producing frozen meals for restaurant chains throughout Europe. 

As CEO of Rudopal, he conducted a business transformation of the Company and completely changed the production profile, successfully introducing many new products to the market. He is an experienced strategist, manager and negotiator, responsible for sales and investment projects. He created and implemented a system of corporate supervision over the Company's operations. He is an is an expert in the Food and HoReCa industry.

He is a graduate of Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Law of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. 

He cooperates with the Family Business Foundation as a Mentor - he was a member of the group of mentors in Early Warning Europe Mentor Academy program (EWEMA) creating the content of online training for other mentors.
