Anna Tórz

PhD, is a Lead Innovation Project Coordinator and Team Lead at Civitta Estonia, specializing in entrepreneurship, innovation, startup ecosystems, and business support organisations. She has advised ministries, government agencies, incubators, and technology parks across Europe, with particular experience in Poland, Serbia, Ukraine, and the Baltic region.

Anna established and developed technology incubation programmes, designed and delivered acceleration initiatives, and led international cooperation activities supporting deep-tech startups. Throughout her career, she has managed numerous EU-funded innovation projects, helping startups, investors, corporates, and public institutions collaborate, scale, and strengthen innovation ecosystems.

She holds a PhD in Management Sciences and is the author of numerous publications on entrepreneurship, incubation, and innovation management. Anna combines strategic insight with hands-on experience in building innovation programmes and supporting high-growth technology ventures.
