Katarzyna Duber-Stachurska

President of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development

Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking. She has extensive managerial experience gained from working in international financial institutions and cooperation with the public sector.

From 2019 to 2024, she served as Vice President of the Social and Economic Investment Company TISE S.A. She represented TISE at the Permanent Conference on Social Economy. As Vice President of TISE, she worked with BGK (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego), offering financial instruments from ESF and ERDF programs. She also supervised the implementation of pilot programs related to social innovation, including Poland’s first fund investing in social enterprises, FKIS.

She worked for over 20 years at the Polish branch of SOCIETE GENERALE SA, including as Director of Transaction Banking and Managing Director. She was also associated with Bank Pekao SA.

Fluent in English and French. Her interests include the history of France and the history of the Sudetes. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, running and skiing.
