Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. A qualified restructuring advisor, acting as supervisor and administrator in numerous proceedings. Attorney-at-law. Co-author and editor of several dozen publications on insolvency law, including monographs, commentaries, and articles. Participated in the legislative work on the Restructuring Law Act, for which he was awarded the Medal of the Minister of Justice for Services to the Judiciary. Member of legislative teams within the Civil Law Codification Commission (since 2024), the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Office of the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Member of the board of TMA Poland.
