Agnieszka Majewska

Appointed as the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises on June 25, 2024. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, and earned a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Silesia. In 2010, she passed the judicial examination and was admitted to the bar as a legal advisor. She also completed postgraduate studies in tax advisory at the WSB University in Gdańsk.

She is a legal advisor with twenty years of experience in administrative and commercial law. Her professional experience includes positions at the District Court in Gdańsk and the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Gdańsk. She cooperates with WSB Merito University, where she teaches administrative procedure. She is an expert in administrative law and a frequent speaker at academic and popular science conferences.

From 2019 to 2024, she served as the Regional Representative of the SME Ombudsperson in Gdańsk, maintaining close dialogue and cooperation with employer and business support organizations. She successfully led numerous interventions in defense of entrepreneurs’ rights.

She is a member of the Pomeranian Entrepreneurship Council, Vice-Chair of the Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Council and a member of the Pomeranian Council for Women’s Affairs.
