Aline Santa Izabel

Aline Santa Izabel is an Innovation Strategist and Ecosystem Leader working at the intersection of deep tech, emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and European innovation. As Networks & Ecosystem Manager at Business Helsinki, she develops cross-sector initiatives connecting startups, research, industry, investors, and the public sector to accelerate innovation and sustainable growth.

She also contributes as an advisor, evaluator, and mentor across leading European innovation programs and organizations, including the European Commission’s EIC Accelerator, Women TechEU, EIT Food, and the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning science, technology, and innovation management, her work focuses on strengthening innovation ecosystems, translating emerging technologies into impact, and advancing Europe’s competitiveness through cross-sector collaboration.
