Agata Szydełko

Ms Agata Szydełko is Deputy Chief of Acquisition in NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA), in charge of Acquisition Life Cycle, Industry Relations, and Acquisition Office Business Operations. She leads Change Management for NCIA e-Procurement implementation and establishment of the Agency cooperation Framework with Not-For-Profit Organizations. Previously NCIA Principal Account Manager, led establishment of five multinational projects and Communications and Information Partnerships with several NATO and Partner nations, and the development of the first online NCIA Customer Services Catalogue. Before that, she was NCI Agency Senior Contracting Officer in charge of C4ISR acquisitions in support of ISAF and KFOR, NATO software enterprise agreements, and the Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) Programme.

Prior to joining NATO, she held posts of International Business Director and Sales and Marketing Director in IT industry. Ms Szydełko is a graduate of Wrocław University of Economics and NATO Executive Development Programme (NEDP), and holds Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. In 2015, in recognition of her work at NATO, she was presented with a Medal of Merit for National Defence by the Polish Minister of National Defence.
