Medical doctor, experienced manager, certified Business Trainer and Coach, Health Coach. Since 2008, owner of the Epsylon Eleni Tzoka Stecka training and consulting company. She has 25 years of experience in leading training and advisory projects.

Team member at the Family Business Foundation. She co-created the report and workshop series on “Future Competencies in Family Businesses” and the “Healthy Family Business” concept. From 2016 to 2019, she was responsible for implementing the “Early Warning Europe” project, particularly for developing mentors' competencies. The project aimed to support business owners facing difficulties. From 2019 to 2022, she served as coordinator and researcher in the RescEWE project, which developed tools to enhance business resilience to crises. In 2023, the project received the top award from the European Commission during the SME Assembly in the “Investing in Entrepreneurial Skills” category.

Since 2022, she has been leading workshops at the Early Warning Europe Mentor Academy (EWEMA), a European Commission initiative aimed at developing a unique training program for future Early Warning mentors across Europe.

Privately, she is a wife, mother of three children, an yoga enthusiast.
