Pobierz wybrany format publikacji:
The report presents the findings of the seventh edition of the cyclical Cluster Benchmarking in Poland study, covering 42 clusters operating in the most dynamic specialisations of the national economy - from ICT, automotive and cybersecurity, to life sciences, green technologies and the circular economy. The publication provides a comprehensive analysis of the condition and potential of clusters in 2022 - 2023 and highlights their role in supporting the digital, green and resilience transitions.
The study encompasses 90 indicators assessing cluster resources, processes, performance, cooperation and development trajectories. The report identifies key trends, strengths and weaknesses, differences between cluster groups, and provides strategic recommendations for coordinators, public administration and business support institutions. The publication also includes good practice examples and comparative analyses based on data from previous editions (2010 - 2022), allowing readers to track the evolution of Polish clusters over more than a decade.
The 2024 edition introduces several major enhancements compared to the 2022 report. The scope of the study has been expanded to include an analysis of cluster resilience in situations of disruptive change, covering aspects such as adaptive capacity, operational readiness, response to disruptions and continuity mechanisms.
Two additional analytical areas have also been introduced:
- Inter-cluster cooperation, assessing the intensity, directions and effects of collaboration, as well as the importance of linkages between clusters for building broader cooperation ecosystems.
- Accessibility analysis of cluster websites, evaluating compliance with digital accessibility requirements and the quality of communication with members and stakeholders.
In addition, the indicator set has been refined and expanded in the areas of digitalisation, advanced technologies, international cooperation and R&D processes. Enhanced comparative analyses (based on 2020 - 2022 data) enable a more precise identification of key developmental shifts observed in Polish clusters.
