Progress, innovation and management in the Development Services Sector
We invite you to read the Report that is the result of the first research conducted within the framework of the 3rd edition of the Human Capital Study (BKL).
The Development Services Sector (DS Sector), as an important component of the labor market that enables adults to adapt to changing realities - has been part of the BKL research since the project's inception.
So how is the DS Sector's environment changing? How does it identify and respond to the changing reality? How do industry players manage change, competencies, customer relations and the quality of services offered? Do they innovate? Are they organizations focused on development?
The authors of the Report try to answer these and other questions important for the current situation of the DS Sector and its future.
We warmly invite you to read the Report!
